From our sunny studio in Noosa to your home, we want your Little Aloha experience to be wonderful from the moment you order. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about how we lovingly prepare and send your pieces.

OUR MINDFUL, MADE TO ORDER PROCESS
True to our ethos of sustainability, most of our pieces are made-to-order. This means that when you place an order, we begin crafting it especially for you. This thoughtful process reduces waste and ensures every item is made with intention

Once your order is place you will receive an update regarding the lead time for us to us to lovingly create, prepare, and pack your order before it begins its journey to you

SENDING YOUR PRODUCT
We are delighted to share a little Aloha with you, wherever you are in the world.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
All packages are sent with a registration number, allowing you to follow their journey using the Post tracking system. You will receive your tracking number in a shipping confirmation email.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES 
Once shipped, we will update you with tracking and the approximate time for your order to arrive.

A NOTE ON DELAYS
International shipping can be unpredictable. While we send your order on its way promptly, please understand that shipping times are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or busy periods (especially from October to January). We do not offer cancellations for shipping delays that are outside of our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For our international Ohana, please be aware that your country may charge customs fees, taxes, or tariffs. These fees are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.

CORRECT ADDRESS
Please take a moment to ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES 
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping it to you.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
We hope you adore every piece you receive! If something isn’t quite right, please notify us within 1 day of your package being delivered so we can help find a positive solution: aloha@littlealoha.co

  • Return Shipment: The cost of the return shipment is paid by the customer.
  • Condition: Please pack the item carefully. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you for the cost of the product. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
