Q What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We pack every order with the utmost care. In the rare event an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

THE ITEM IS DAMAGED
Q: My package seems to be lost. What is your policy?
If your order has not arrived within 45 days of shipment, please contact us. We will immediately launch an investigation with the postal service. If the package is officially declared lost, we guarantee a 100% refund.

WILL THE PRODUCT COLOURS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS ONLINE
We do our very best to photograph our products accurately. However, please remember that colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor or phone settings.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP
Since our pieces are made-to-order (crafting begins when you place your order), there is a lead time before your item ships. This allows us to ensure exceptional quality and practice sustainability by minimising waste. We promise that the thoughtful creation process is worth the short wait!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT
Because we begin the custom crafting process shortly after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order, please email us immediately at aloha@littlealoha.co. We will do our very best to assist you, but time is of the essence!

WHERE ARE LITTLE ALOHA MADE AND SHIPPED FROM
All our pieces are designed with love in our beautiful, sunny studio overlooking the Noosa coastline in Australia. Once your made-to-order piece is crafted, it is sent to you directly from one of our conscious-aligned production teams located across the globe. This intentional process ensures the highest quality craftsmanship while supporting sustainable partnerships.
